OUR PROPOSAL

Forest Hill

Forest Hill is one of Toronto’s most prestigious neighbourhoods with excellent access to amenities, located in close proximity to Downtown Toronto.

Many artists have called this neighbourhood home, such as world-renowned pianist Glenn Gould.

St. Clair Avenue W and Avenue Road

The site is located at the intersection of Avenue Road and St. Clair Avenue W, the south end of Forest Hill. 

The community is home to several conveniently located shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, schools and private medical and legal offices concentrated along St. Clair Avenue W.

The property is designated Apartment Neighbourhoods in the Official Plan, comprised of apartment buildings, parks, institutions, commercial, office, and services.

THE VISION

Our vision is to deliver a luxury boutique building that fits within the elegant architectural fabric of the neighbourhood. We will maintain high standards of urban design, enhance the village character, and improve the pedestrian realm in close proximity to rapid transit.

Our proposal is ideal for downsizers looking to stay in the Forest Hill neighbourhood. The proposed redevelopment will offer a variety of units, 1-3 bedrooms.

Community engagement is a key part of the planning process.

It allows our team to understand community values, concerns and aspirations for the future of the site and provides a means for an open stream of communication to continue through all phases. 

 

Community feedback, existing property conditions and constraints, developer aspirations and applicable planning policies will all be considered as we refine our plans for the site.
